Terms and Conditions:

The promoter of the 1k Gold Rush Weekly Rake Race is Poker Hour.

Each weekly rake race will start at 00:00 GMT on a Monday morning and finish at 24:00 GMT on the following Sunday night so that the race is one full week in duration.  Player Rake amounts are calculated within this same weekly timeframe.

The Prize Table is advertised on the Poker Hour website, and may be altered as determined by Poker Hour.  The Prize Table will not be changed while a race is underway.

Leader-boards will be posted at regular intervals on the Poker Hour Blog page for customer viewing. 

All winning players will paid according to the Prize Table by crediting their player accounts within 72 hours of the end of each race, unless a technical matter (such as a software update or access problems) prevents the accounts from being credited.

A 5 EUR cutoff will apply, where prizes will only apply to players that have qualified by raking 5 EUR or more during the particular week.

All winning accounts will be subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure comliance with promotional and general network Terms and Conditions.  Any accounts found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or Netwok Rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions.

If a player has 2 or more player accounts then they are not combined in total and are treated as separate players. 

Poker Hour reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this offer or any part of this offer at any time.  Poker Hour cannot be held responsible for any disconnections or disruptions to service and reserves the right to resolve these issues as it sees fit.

In the event of a service fault the promotion will continue on the advertised starting and closing days and times.  Poker Hour reserves the right to alter or extend the starting or closing dates and times for this promotion.

As the displayed results are derived from network system reports and data manually enetered into the Poker Hour Blog page, there may be errors and ommissions, which Poker Hour will amend once discovered.  The final results as recorded by the network system will be the final result for the purposes of payment of prizes.

Poker Hour reserves the right to adjudicate or amend any result as deemed necessary solely by Poker Hour.
